Refund/Exchange policy
- All goods will undergo thorough inspection prior to shipping (any flaws detected will be included in the item description). Therefore, goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable.
- Products are only exchangeable in the event that you receive the wrong parcel from us and all shipping cost will be borne by us. If that particular product you ordered has run out of stock in an event as such, a full refund will be provided.
