I need to change something on my order, how can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2-5 weeks business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. However, shoes that are in hand ship within 1-3 days business days of purchase.
My shoes have arrived, but it won’t fit. Can I change to other size?
Yes, you can. Please return the shoes back to our warehouse address at:

The condition of the shoes must be 100% like new and never been worn by anybody. If the condition of the shoes is bad, we have to return back the shoes to your home. You need place a new order for your new pair of shoes.
If the condition of the shoes is good and we accept the shoes, please give us another 2-5 weeks to reorder your shoes from our supplier. We will ship the shoes to your address.
